Not able to access website admin

  When I go to administer my site (https://wellspringgreens.com/wp-login.php) nothing comes up. When I login to my WordPress account, it is indicating I need to ‘Complete domain setup.’ I’m not sure what to do. Selecting the try setup again link isn’t working. This site is hosted outside of WordPress. Is that the problem? I’ve always been able to administer the site before.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  https://wellspringgreens.com is a site hosted with Incapsula and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
