not able to access website dashboard

    we are not able to know where this website has been built and how do we access the dashboard in order to access the website and make changes.

    Hi there,

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org 

     However, Your login page can be found here: http://topdesire.in/wp-login.php

     In case the admin name or password doesn’t work, you can reset the password by clicking on the “Lost password” link. 

    WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere, so your hosting provider may be able to help you if you are still having problems.
