Not able to Activate any new theme

  Hi,

  I am not able to activate any new theme since yesterday. Tried all browser cache trouble shooting, it is still the same.

  And I don’t have the option to set my blog as private, just public and hidden.

  Any idea, why this is happening?

  It just says “Unable to activate theme. Contact Support!

  That is strange.

  I have added a tag “modlook” to this topic. One of the members from the WordPress.com staff/WordPress.com Happiness Engineers should be able to check this for you.

  Hi iamrishaan,

  Activating a new theme isn’t working correctly because you cancelled the Business plan. Was it cancelled in error?

  If not, which plan would you like to use going forward?

  Hi @gemmacevans,

  I am under free plan and trying to activate free themes, which I have done umpteen times earlier but not able to currently do so now.

  And why am i not seeing private option under Privacy

  Pls advice.
