not able to add elementor plugin

  Hello I am new here. I created my wordpress blog in 2016 and that ive logged in today. I am trying to learn how to use elementors free functionality but wordpress is not letting me add it without paying? Can anyone help?

  You can’t install third party plugins unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
