Not able to add new data and view old data in wordpress dashboard

    old php version 7.2 updated php version 8.1.18, current wordpress version 5.8, we currently update php version after that in wp dashboard not able to add and view data’s in dashboard, could any one guide us to solve our problem and we hosted our site in azure
