    Hi there,

We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting prover. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Let us know this information and we’ll try and move forward. :)

If you’re referring to WordPress.com Sites, then sadly, only sites with the Business Plan can upload custom plugins. However, all sites do get access to some plugins automatically.

There are also some incompatible plugins to be aware of which cannot be used on WordPress.com entirely. Those are listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/

If you state what you’re trying to do though, there may be some alternatives, so feel free to ask. However, please post in the self-hosted forums if your site is not hosted with WordPress.com.

Let us know if you have any further questions. :)
