Not able to add shopping cart or Paypal button
-
Hi,
I’m trying to add either a shopping cart or Paypal button and neither will show up on my page when I paste the html for either into the HTML editor. Please help ASAP, as this is time critical for my business. I thought with a premium account I’d be able to do this.

Hi there,
You won’t be able to embed that HTML code since we remove form elements for security purposes:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/E-commerce isn’t really supported here at WordPress.com, but you can add a PayPal donate button if you wish:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/If you require e-commerce/shopping cart functionality, you might be interested in a self-hosted WordPress.org installation. There are typically no restrictions on e-commerce if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
Please see this link to learn about the differences:

I switched to a self-hosted .org installation like you suggested and I still cannot get it to work. I need this fixed ASAP. This is very frustrating.

http://fitformotherhood.com/ is still a WordPress.com blog.
You’ll need to use the WordPress.org installation on your hosting provider if you want to add a shopping cart.
