Not able to apply a promotional code to the chart

I’m not able to apply any promo code to the chart as I get by default a message telling me that promo code was applied. Issue is that total amount doesn’t change in spite of the notification message.

Hi @seikoholicaddict – Thanks for reaching out. This may be an issue for you, because you may have already applied a promo code, which is preventing you from adding more – as the system won’t allow you to apply bulk promo codes. Please try to check if other codes are added, and remove them. I’ll also tag this as Modlook, so that staff could check your account, in case it has any issues. Hi @alissonwp, yes it’s exactly the issue, I’ve applied a promo code to the chart and didn’t go further with the purchase. So now each time I wanna add a product to my chart it doesn’t allow me to change the promo code just applying by default the same one entered previously, even if I emptied the chart. Issue is I can’t change the promo code as there’s no function offering this that’s displayed…!

What upgrade are you trying to buy? If I add the Premium Plan to your cart, the price shows as $81.60. The full cost of Premium is $96, meaning a 15% discount has already been applied to that upgrade. If I add Personal, which costs $48, I see a cost of $40.80, and likewise with Business I see the discounted cost already applied at checkout.
If you’ve already added a promotional code to the cart that code will persist until you complete checkout. It’s not possible to switch codes once you’ve claimed one, and it’s not possible to use more than one code for a single purchase.
