  I am using a free site but I want to upgrade it to ‘Personal’, I am trying to pay but it shows that my payment has been declined. I am paying from Visa card (India). I need help with http://www.kjoblogs.wordpress.com

  Hello,

  It seems that your Visa card is only authorized to use in your country not Internationally. Use an International Visa card during the payment.
