Not able to buy a plan

    I own free WordPress site right now but I want to upgrade it. Whenever I try to buy a plan it shows ‘an unexpected error has occurred’. Everything else is working right except for the payment getaway. Please help.

    On which step exactly during the checkout process are you seeing that error?

    Please clear your browser cache and see if that makes any difference.

    Also please try another browser and see if that helps.
