Not able to change Featured Pposts slider in Dyad Theme

  Good day,

  I successfully chose and added 6 featured posts (what the Dyad theme supports) to my site header/slider/feature area! I did this by adding the tag ‘featured’ to my posts. When I wanted to change one or two, I tried removing the the tag from the featured posts and adding it to my new posts. This however did not work. I then tried to add the posts I want to be featured, as a sticky (in the toolbar of the ‘edit post section’ and remove the tag ‘featured’ entirely, but this did not work either. Any suggestions on how I can alter the posts on my featured slide?

  Hi!

  I had the same problem. The only solution I found was to publish, set my tags as I want to (add them or remove them), and then go to the theme customizer. I don’t change anything, I just click on the customizer button and voilà.
  When I proceed like this, my posts fall into the right places (featured or not featured). When I don’t do this, I can have some troubles adding new featured posts or removing some.

  I certainly can’t explain why, but this works for me …

  Oh wow!! Yes, that does work!! Crazy!! Thanks for sharing that!! – It makes no sense…. but if it works it works (apparently!!). Haha!!
