Not able to change password

    Every time I try to change my password and select ‘Save Password’ I get an error message saying ‘You’ve recently used this password. Try something new.’ This even happens when I try to change my password by clicking the ‘ Generate strong password’ button.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    There might be a chance that your password is referred from either browser cache or local OS level cache.
    You can try this,
    1. Logout from all browser sessions.
    2. Clear browser cache from begining of time from browser settings. If you’re using Chrome then pressing Shift+ctrl+delete will get you directly to browsing data page. Select begining of time from dropdown and clear cache.
    3. To clear local OS level cache – Press “windows+r” and type “%temp%” in RUN prompt without quotes then hit enter, once you see a new window then delete all the files. Skip some of them when prompted by Windows.
