not able to change password

    for many years I have been using wordpress.org. suddenly it is now not allowing me to change password. my email id registered is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and when I give the email id, word press says ‘choose some other service provider?’and when I give another service provider word press says ‘this email is not registered’…what is the solution ?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Could you clarify if you want to change your password on WordPress.org, your self-hosted WordPress site or your WordPress.com account?
