  I’d like to close my account, but I am not able. How do I close the account?

  Hi there,

  Follow the steps given in the link below to delete your account:

  Close Your Account

  But after this process, your user name will shut down and it will also delete all the sites that you own and all of its contents and after few weeks, this data will be completely deleted from WordPress servers and the process cannot be reversed.

  Hi there,

  It looks like an old upgrade you owned years ago was still marked as active in our system, preventing your account from being deleted. You should be able to close the account now.
