Not able to close my account

    I am trying to close my account and got an error message saying to contact support. I am contacting support. I want to close this account permanently.

    Hi there!

    The reason why you were not able to close this account is that you have an active subscription associated with it: Akismet Pro & VaultPress Lite.
    To be able to close your account, we’ll need to cancel those subscriptions but it looks like it’s past the refund time to no refund is available.

    If you are okay with that, let us know and we’ll cancel the subscription for you and you’ll be able to permanently close the account.
