Not able to Copy Post

Sometime in the last week my ability to copy a post to create a new post for my blog stopped working. I use this EVERY day, but last week I was on vacation and I’m not sure when it stopped working.
Yes I have cleared cookies and cash. I’ve tried using different browsers. I’ve checked my browser settings. I have not upgraded anything or added anything new out side of general content before I went on vacation.
Sure would be nice if this was working again. I really rely on the templates I made and saved to drafts to create new posts.
This is happening on all my wordpress.com blogs. Not only springwolf.net.

Could you please explain step for step what you tried to do? and what was the outcome of that?

When I create a new post, I hover over the WordPress menu bar and the name of my blog.
The popup menu appears and I select NEW > Post
The new post window appears and I select Copy Post from the side menu.
Usually that will bring up items on the lower part of the page where I can scroll through the window of draft and published posts. It no longer does that.

On the activity bar at the bottom of the browser it says it’s executing a script, but it goes by so fast I can’t see what it is. I’m sure there’s a way to turn on trace; but if I ever knew how to do that…I’ve forgotten.

In the upper right hand corner of that page you should see ‘Screen Options’, then you see ‘Writer Helper’, please make sure that one is checked. The Writer Helper area should appear below the editor.

To make sure, I unchecked it and closed the Screen Options. Reloaded the page and checked it. Reloaded the page and tried to create a new post and copy post. Same issue.

Do you also encounter this issue on a different computer?

We have 3 laps and it happens on all 3. I’ll upload the screen shot and put a link here in a second.

In the third image of your screenshot you see ‘Writer Helper’ (just below ‘Discussion’), click on it and it will expand the Writer Helper. Within this you should find the copy post area.
