Not Able to create Another Website

When I tried to create another website, I ended up saying ‘We’re unable to show you new site domain suggestions as one or more of your sites has been suspended from WordPress.com. Please contact our support team to find out why.’.
Suggest steps to avoid this.

Suspended sites are never discussed on this public forum. As very clearly stated on your suspended site, you must contact the TOS-team using the contact form at https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/
