Not able to create Menus/ Pages

  I am not able to create Menus/ Pages. For example a “Fashion” Menu where when they click on it it shows all the Fashion related posts.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I noticed I am not able to create Menus/ Pages where I can add blog posts. For Example: “Fashion” that when people click on it all the Beauty Related Posts come up.
