If you are referring to the blog linked to your username then click your username and read what’s stated there:
xn--hxabhgbby5ablxez8awgam.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
The address xn--hxabhgbby5ablxez8awgam.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Only lowercase letters and numbers allowed. But you can sign up and choose another one.
