Not able to customize my site using Live Preview

  Hey every one i am using wordpress since 2,3 Years but i never change the server but now days i have just change my server (i’m Totally moved)
  but i got issue i am not able to customize my site using Live Preview

  this is my site

  and once i hit customize i got this

  i have try almost everything infarct i have update the wordpress manually but it still have same,Seriously help is needed…….
