  I want to change my blog’s banner but i am not able to edit it.

  Are you trying to change groomwithsem or “SEM and SEO Techniques”?

  To change groomwithsem to something else, follow the steps in this article: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  To change “SEM and SEO Techniques” to something else, you can change it in the Settings -> General in the dashboard of your site.
