not able to CUSTOMIZE theme

  I have been trying to use the CUSTOMIZE button for my theme and every time it give me the blank white screen.
  Anyone knows how to fix this?

  @ftlopblog – please try the suggestions that @vishalmukadam gave you to log out of WordPressdotcom and clear your browser cache and cookies and make sure that 3rd party cookies and javascript are enabled. Alternately, you can try using a different browser to the one you are currently using.

  If that doesn’t help in loading the Customizer for you, please return to this thread and let us know what OS and browser you are using and what versions. Thanks.

  @ahmadbaig007 – the tutorial on wpbeginner is only relevant to sites using the standalone WP software.
