Not able to delete account and request refund

    Hi, I am trying to delete my account permanently as I am not using the domain and site. I need to request a refund for the 2 subscription which was recently charged to my credit card.

    In Account Settings when I click on ‘Delete Account Permanently’ the screen doesn’t load. Please help!

    Because you have the Businesss plan on your site it is not possible to close your account. You will first need to cancel your current upgrades, for which you will need our help.

    Thank you for your response. Even the live chat is not loading for me. I get a white box with contact us partially loaded. Is there another way I can get to it? It is possible for you to cancel my upgrades and delete my account permanently with issuance of refund? I can authorize over email or any other way you like.

  • What browser are you using? Does that loading problem happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?
