not able to delete site

  I’m having problem deleting a site from my wordpress.com panel. It would let me delete – indicating I have a premium upgrade.

  Please advise. Thanks.

  Before you can delete your WordPress blog, you have to remove that upgrade. See this help document here to walk you through the process of removing upgrades.
  
  The Cliffnotes Version:

  Click on the Manage Upgrades button to be taken to the My Upgrades page. Once there, use the links provided on that page to cancel your upgrades, or transfer them to another site on your account.

  Then, follow the steps here to delete your blog.
