Not able to delete site

  Hi, I would like to delete my site:
  https://medgenomelabs.wordpress.com/
  When I try to delete it, I get this message: ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site. I had purchased a premium theme ‘Creative’ that has a license that does not expire. Please advise how to delete the site. I do not need the theme.

  I’ve removed the premium theme on the requested site. You’ll be able to proceed with the site deletion now.

  Please remember this is permanent. It’s not going to be possible for you to use that address again in the future. Let me know if you have any questions about that before you proceed.
