Not able to do any payment

    I am trying to purchase the business plan for wordpress. But, all of my debit cards (mastercard) are declined here, whereas they are working perfectly fine on other platforms like Netflix, PayTM, Amazon etc. Please resolve this issue.

    The site I need help with is spacecorptech.wpcomstaging.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

    Hi there:

    On your recent purchase attempts, when we try to bill the card on file, we get the following error: “The transaction was declined. Please contact your card issuer.”

    It’s pretty common for banks to flag transactions they’re not familiar with – you would simply need to contact your bank and let them know that this is a valid transaction.

    Then, once you’ve cleared that up with your bank you should be able to proceed with that purchase.
