not able to edit pages

    1. I installed a newly purchased theme from radius themes

    2) Activated the theme but not able to edit any page on the website.

    3) deactivate the purchased theme and activated twenty twenty four theme from wordpress.com

    4) still not able to edit any page – created a new page and still failed to edit it.

    5) problem still exists.

    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Can you share a screenshot of what the page looks like when you are trying to edit it? Also, do you know if the theme came packaged with any other plugins? If so, you may want to try deactivating those as well and see if that fixes the problem. If there is any additional context you can include, it would help!

    @khanshakeellatif Can you let us know the site you’re working on? I’m not seeing any sites listed in the WordPress.com account you using for the forums, so I’m wondering if the site is hosted elsewhere.
