Not able to embed a live streaming window code. Why can´t I?

    why can´t I embed this in my blog?
    sorry, I´m really new in posting and maybe don´t know whatever that maybe very obvious to you.

    Flash is not allowed directly at wordpress.COM due to security concerns. For video, we have the following options.

    You can also use the vodpod button to embed most videos from non-supported services.
