not able to enable visual mode

  In trying to upload my latest posting, it is all in HTML. No Zemata and a message that says I need to enable visual mode. I’ve gone to the user profile section where I’m to unclick the disabled button, but it isn’t there. I am a writer, not a programmer…..help.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
