Not able to find domain

    Hello team,
    I have purchased laser-tag-party.co.uk domain n wordpress.com but can not seem to find it now. When I am trying to find it’s showing ‘This domain is still active and is not available to map yet. Please try again later or contact support.’. So can you please tell me how can I find that domain?

    When I am hitting https://laser-tag-party.co.uk/ it’s showing message ‘This domain is parked.’ Please check screenshot http://prntscr.com/qlnfif .
    But I am able to open wordpress admin and url is https://lasertagparty.wordpress.com/.

    Can you please tell me how can I live my site on https://laser-tag-party.co.uk/ ?

    Please reply ASAP.

    Hi there,

    You bought that domain from us on 17 December along with a WordPress.com Business Plan, and then cancelled the domain and plan on 19 December, so you no longer own that domain.

    You haven’t been refunded yet for the domain-portion of your plan purchase, so I can still restore the domain to your account. Please confirm if I should do that.

    Hi, the domain is saying it unavailable to purchase from another provider. Can you please release the domain ?

    Cancelled domains are not released immediately, and it can take anything from a few days to over a year before a cancelled domain becomes available again, if at all. In this case this domain won’t be available to register anywhere else until after the original registration expires in December. This is not a process we control, and we have no way to manually release the domain sooner.

    But for a limited time we can still restore the domain to your account with us, and then you can point it to another provider, and once you’ve owned it for at least 60 days, you can transfer it away from us if you prefer.
