Not able to follow directions for image gallery

  The following instructions are not available on my dashboard.
  “, head over to Settings → Media in your blog’s dashboard, scroll down to “Image Gallery Carousel,” and select the box next to “Display all your gallery pictures in a cool mosaic.” Note that choosing this option makes this layout the default for all your blog’s galleries, including those you’ve previously inserted.”
  Please tell me how to make an image gallery as described.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That setting in Dashboard>Settings>Media only sets the mosaic style Gallery as the default style. It doesn’t create a Gallery.

  In order to insert a Gallery in a post or page, you need to follow these directions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/gallery/#adding-a-gallery-or-slideshow

  Step # 3, the screen shot does not come up like that. There is no “create gallery” option there. It does not look like that.

  There is no “image gallery carousel”, no “mosaic”.

  Now, who can give me some directions that are correct? I’m going to the right place, it’s just not like you tell me it is.

  Then won’t you please take a screenshot of what you do see on your computer after you click the “ADD MEDIA” button in your site’s Post Editor or Page Editor screen. http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ After you’ve done so, please upload the image somewhere and post the link back here.

  Here’s what I see after I click “Add Media”. (See the red box at the top left?)

  You won’t see the “image gallery carousel” or “Mosaic” options until after you’ve created your Gallery.

  Also, are you having this problem with all your sites or a specific site?
