  Hi, I am trying to recover the access to my website : https://bengalearn.com
  I can’t access my wordpress admin account as there have been critical issues since a year +.
  Any other way we can authenticate me ?
  I have a hostgator account where it is linked to my bengalearn.com website. Can it be a way?

  Hi there:

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  Pulling up your site, it looks like you have a fatal error in your WordPress install. To fix this, reach out to HostGator’s support for help. They’ll be able to find the plugin or theme that’s causing the error and help you get your site back online.
