Not able to import from blogspot

  I am following the instructions on https://en.support.wordpress.com/coming-from-blogger/ but I am stuck here ‘To find the importer, log in to WordPress.com and then add /wp-admin to the end of your home page URL’ because even after repeated attempts all I am seeing when I enter ‘/wp-admin’ to the end of my home page URL is a blank screen. What do I do?

  What is the domain name of your main website that you are trying to import posts from Blogger into?
