Not able to install my new downloaded theme

  Hi! I’ve just download a wordpress theme but I’m not able to install it, despite all tutorial that I have been watching. I to appearence > Themes, but I can’t find any “Install” or “Upload” theme. Could you please help me? Thanks a lot in advance! Alicia

  Third-party themes cannot be added to WordPress.com-hosted sites. They can only be used on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
