Not able to install Plugin

I’m not able to install a plugin on my WordPress premium plan. It consistently shows the message to upgrade to the Business plan to install the plugin. So, what should I do? Should I upgrade my plan through WordPress or purchase a new plan through Hostinger? I’m in so much confusion; I don’t know what to do. Can you please help me?

    Hi there!

WordPress.com operates on a shared environment, enabling quick updates and bug fixes across millions of sites simultaneously. However, this shared environment also poses security risks. To mitigate them, certain features, such as installing plugins or themes, are restricted to paid plans like Business or higher. This limitation ensures the overall stability and security of WordPress.com.

If you upgrade from a Premium plan to Business, the amount you’ve already paid will be applied towards the Business subscription, making WordPress.com hosting more cost-effective compared to other hosting options.

Hosting your website at WordPress.com offers several benefits compared to other hosting providers. With our managed hosting services, we take care of software updates, security measures, backups, and server maintenance.

You gain access to a wide range of plugins and extensions, enhancing your website’s functionality without custom development. WordPress.com’s infrastructure is optimized for speed and reliability, ensuring scalability and optimal performance even with high traffic.

The platform prioritizes security with robust measures such as malware scanning, firewall protection, and SSL certificates. Additionally, WordPress.com provides built-in SEO features, improving your website’s visibility in search engine results. You can also benefit from a supportive community and customer support via email and live chat.
