Not able to log into WordPress

    Hi guys,

    I have a site (not yet launched) in WordPress. I log into WordPress through Bluehost.com. That’s how I opened WordPress (as far as I remember). However, when I try to log in to my site directly from wordpress.com (not bluehost.com) I can’t. It says the user does not exists? Any idea how to get the credentials to access directly form WordPress? If I try to use the account recovery process, I’m asked information I don’t have (key Id, transaction ID) an the user I have it says it does not exist.

    Anyone can help me out?

    Hey Katherine,

    It’s because when you create a website with Bluehost or any other web hosting company, it’s a self-hosted (WordPress.org) website and we have no control over it.

    We can only help if your website is hosted on WordPress.com.

    The login credentials of your website can be provided by your web hosting company (Bluehost).

    Please contact their customer support.

    I hope you know that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different platforms..
