Not able to login

  About two days ago my website went down and we can’t login to word press. I have it hosted and the domain is registered through Go Daddy. I chatted with them yesterday and they said there was a problem with the SSL. The lady claimed that she removed it and that we need to publish the site again but we cannot get login into the site with word press

  What is the site involved?

  When you say hosted, do you mean hosted with WordPress.com’s managed environment or somewhere else?
