  I’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes to receive my two factor authentication code via email and it’s not coming. I’ve checked my junk mail folder and it’s not in there either. Very frustrated that I have not passed the best window of opportunity to post a video on my website. All that to say, I’m basically locked out of my own website because WP isn’t giving me access even though I’ve input the correct username and password. Why am I not receiving the email?

  Hi there,

  We don’t send 2FA codes via email on WordPress.com, and the account you’re using to post here has never had that security feature enabled.

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?
