not able to login issues with jetpack issues

  hello,

  I have a sit through web.com and wordpress. I can not log into my admin page and when i go to my account though wordpress.com and log in it says that I have an issue and its with JetPack. Web.com says its a known issue and they are working on it but it has been over a week now. can you figure out how to fix this?
