Not able to login my WP Admin

  I’ve been using WordPress for a while, and I was creating a website but now I’m not able to login to my ‘https://www.whitemail.xyz/wp-login.php’. I’m not able to login wordpress.com but when I’m logging in that it does not take it, it is also not taking my email adress to reset the password, what should I do? please help.
