not able to login to admin account , page shows email id does not exist

    Hi wordpress, ive hosted my site on Google Cloud Platform and used wordpress by bitnami and automattic for blogging . today when i attempting to log in to wp-admin account its shows invalid password and when i tried to reset my password its shows email id doesnt exist .

    is there any other way to know USERNAME or PASSWORD for my

    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    The forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, but your site is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help in this case. Your admin credentials for your site also won’t work to log into WordPress.com.

    The password for your admin account for that site is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers, so contacting them directly is your best bet for getting help with this – many hosts offer a way for you to reset this directly via your hosting control panel.

    Otherwise you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ for other methods, like changing the password directly in the database.

    For more help with this, you can also ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums, though I recommend you try your hosting provider first.
