Not able to login to WordPress site created from GoDaddy

    I am trying to login to the WordPress site by adding http://mysite.com/wp-admin/ created from GoDaddy using my WordPress login but it gives error ‘Error: The password you entered for the username’ but I know it is correct credentials.

    Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted with GoDaddy), you’ll want to reach out to them directly about it or write on the community forums:

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
