  Hello there,
  
  Today i was trying to login to my account but it’s was saying
  ERROR: An error was encountered while trying to authenticate. Please try again.
  
  are you guys able to check this, our business is impact from this right now

  That error usually shows up when there’s a temporary issue with authentication or cookies. Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log in again. Also, check if two-factor authentication or any security plugin is blocking access.
