  Not able to make payments with my both Visa & Rupay cards. What shall I do next?

  Hi there,

  I checked our system and we see that you card is getting declined. We also received a few notices that the type of card you were using was unrecognizable. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Make sure that the card you are using is one of those four.

  I do tried with my Visa card ( that is the only option I have other than That Card) which is working elsewhere, but declined. Do you have any other solution for me. If this is the senario, I think most of Indians can’t sign up with you.

  Hi Hari,

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your debit card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for international and online transactions.
