  I have been trying to make payment using Google pay and cards to buy that domain but was not able to pay despite several attempt.

  I’m trying to make a payment by Bank Card but I keep receiving this two errors. Kindly assist.

  1. The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error AXLZNE.
  2. Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

  There is nothing on our end that’s preventing you from purchasing a domain from us. As we explained to you in your live chat earlier today, the charges are being declined by your bank, so you need to contact them to find out why.
