Not able to make payment

    Hi, I am not able to make payment. My bank team confirmed and I have also provided my approval for the payment.

    However, the payment is still declined.

    Kindly help.

    Hi there! I’m able to check your WordPress.com account and confirm that it looks fine from our end; but I do see the payment issues you’re having. We unfortunately get very limited information on why those might happen, but generally if a refusal happens, then it’s likely to be coming from your bank/card provider, more in order to protect you than anything.

    It can be worth checking with your bank to ensure that your card is permitted to make this purchase in particular, and ensuring that they are not blocking the purchase to WordPress.com in particular (even if the card in general is fine).
