  only card payment option available.
  All our cards are not getting thru.
  Give a PayPal link.we have PayPal in our area
  But it is not showing in payment methods

  If you don’t see a PayPal option this means that it’s not available. For that, please check other local payment methods:

  https://wordpress.com/support/payment/#local-payment-methods

  As for your card being declined please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
