Not able to map the subdomain to wordpress blog

    1. I created a subdomain with blog.indianearthynaturals.com with my domain & hosting provider.
    2. I tried to map at wordpress end but unable to do so..
    my service provider wrote back this to me: We recommend checking with wordpress.com for the CNAME value and then add the same in the dns panel of the BigRock account.

    can you please help me how to do it as I am not a technical person.

    Have you checked out the instructions here yet?

    In order for the subdomain to work correctly, you will need to add a CNAME record to the domain indianearthynaturals.com that reads the following:

    blog.indianearthynaturals.com. IN CNAME indianearthynaturals.wordpress.com.

    If you pass this information on to BigRock, they should be able to add the CNAME address for you. Can you give that a try? Please let me know if you run into any additional trouble.
