Not able to pay in Indian Rupees to upgrade

  I am trying to upgrade my wordpress account but I am not able to pay in indian Rs.
  Also in https://wordpress.com/pricing/. the price for Personal is 160 Rs per month but when I go to purchase it is showing 4$/month.
  Let me know why this difference and how can I pay 160 Rs /month .

  I’ve changed the account currency to INR. You’ll now be able to pay in Indian Rupees.
