not able to post

  I have happily posted for over a year just cutting and pasting word documents into post a new site. Now I have a post ready to go and I have tried everything; uploading a pdf or a web page, not being able to paste into the site. What is wrong and how do I post? I had a pc and now I have a mac; I’ve tried at firefox and safari. Help!
